Welcome to HAIZOLGlobal.com! This web site is operated by HAIZOL, Inc. (“HAIZOL”). The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
Registration
Services are available to corporations and individuals that have signed their acceptance of this Agreement and provided the information requested on the Membership Agreement form. Prior to utilizing the HAIZOL web sites, members are required to complete their profiles with accurate and current information.
Each User who has completed and submitted a registration by giving its information (such as name, address, telephone and fax number, email address, details of its business, etc.) to HAIZOL providing the relevant specific services is a registered user of the Site (a "Registered User"). An account ("Account") will be established for each Registered User and each Registered User will be assigned a user alias ("User ID") and password ("Password") for log-in access to its own Account.
By becoming a Registered User, you consent to the inclusion of your personal data in our Buyer/Supplier Database. HAIZOL may send emails to you or contact you with whatever information HAIZOL would like to convey.
HAIZOL may refuse registration and deny the issuance of an Account and associated User ID and Password to any User for whatever reason.
Each User who has completed and submitted a registration by giving its information (such as name, address, telephone and fax number, email address, details of its business, etc.) to HAIZOL providing the relevant specific services is a registered user of the Site (a "Registered User"). An account ("Account") will be established for each Registered User and each Registered User will be assigned a user alias ("User ID") and password ("Password") for log-in access to its own Account.

Termination
HAIZOL may suspend or terminate a Registered User's Account at any time by giving a 24-hour notice to the Registered User; we may terminate your account and delete your data immediately if
(1)In HAIZOL's determination, there is any breach of the provisions of the Terms of Use Agreement our Privacy Policy, or
(2)HAIZOL has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided by a Registered User is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete, or
(3)HAIZOL believes that the Registered User's actions may cause financial loss or legal liability to such Registered User.
(1)In HAIZOL's determination, there is any breach of the provisions of the Terms of Use Agreement our Privacy Policy, or
(2)HAIZOL has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided by a Registered User is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete, or
(3)HAIZOL believes that the Registered User's actions may cause financial loss or legal liability to such Registered User.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Protection Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and request that you do the same. You are hereby informed that HAIZOL has adopted and reasonably implemented a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of subscribers and account holders of Haizol's system or network who are repeat copyright infringers. If you believe your copyright or the copyright of a person on whose behalf you are authorized to act has been infringed, you may notify your Account Manager. With thousands of Users using HAIZOL each day, we expect each and every Users to conduct responsibly. We request those who assert claims of infringement to stand behind their claims. By submitting a report of alleged infringement to HAIZOL, you agree to indemnify HAIZOL against claims or damages arising from the violation.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HAIZOL, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE HAIZOL WEBSITES, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE HAIZOL WEBSITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF HAIZOL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.
Each User hereby agrees to indemnify HAIZOL, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from such User's use of the Site (including but not limited to the display of such User's information on the Site) or from its breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each User hereby further agrees to indemnify HAIZOL, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from User's breach of any representations and warranties made by User to HAIZOL. Each User hereby further agrees to indemnify and save HAIZOL, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of any claims asserted by Third Party Rights claimants or other third parties relating to products offered or displayed on the Site. Each User hereby further agrees that HAIZOL is not responsible and shall have no liability to it, for any material posted by others; including defamatory, offensive or illicit material and that the risk of damages from such material rests entirely with each User. HAIZOL reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you shall cooperate with HAIZOL in asserting any available defenses.

Each User hereby further agrees to indemnify and save HAIZOL, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of any claims asserted by Third Party Rights claimants or other third parties relating to products offered or displayed on the Site.
